Do I have to buy a membership?
No, there are no membership fees to join or any lock-in contracts. Sessions are held at a park near you or in an outdoor space at your home. Ask us about our pre-purchase bulk packages for discounted sessions.
I have never trained before, is this suitable for me?
Yes of course! We believe that starting from the beginning with a Personal Trainer will teach you the correct techniques and skills to use in your own time and set you on the path for a lifetime of enjoyment of exercise.
I'm not sure if I'll like it.
That's a perfectly normal way to feel in the beginning and that's why we offer a free session so you can decide if we are for you. Ask for your free session when you make your first booking (conditions apply).
Outdoor Group Personal Training in a small group environment, focusing on general fitness, strength & conditioning.. All fitness levels and experience are welcomed and catered for. Sessions run at 9.15am on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at DW Lucas Oval, Malvern East. There is a maximum of 6 people per session.
Prior booking and payment is required.

That's perfectly fine as many are in the same boat. What a fabulous way to socialise and meet new people!
I'm afraid I won't be as good as the others in the group.
That's a natural fear to have however everyone has their own story and is there ultimate;y for themselves. The Personal Trainer is there to welcome and assist every member of the group with their individual fitness needs.
What if it rains?
We are situated by the pavilion of DW Lucas Oval where there is ample undercover space to utilise if it rains. Participants will be notified in the case of severe weather and a session needs to be cancelled/changed.
Do I need to buy my own equipment?
We ask that you bring along a fitness mat, towel and water. Any weights and fitness equipment is provided unless you prefer to have your own, in which case we welcome you to bring them along.
Can I bring a friend?
Yes as long as there are spots available. Also we offer a FREE session with every person you refer to us (after they attend their first session) so bring along as many friends as you like! The more the merrier!
