Our Small Group Personal Training sessions run on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 9.30am in Malvern East. The sessions are fun and varied while still individually tailored with a focus on strength training combined with cardio to maximise your fitness outcomes. The cost is $20 per session for 45 mins with a maximum of 6 clients.
